Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for any parcel bought from Kinaadman Botanicals within 14 days of arrival, for any reason. On this page we lay out our conditions, how to parcel items back, associated shipping costs, and when your funds are returned.

1. 14-day refund guarantee
Our return period extends for 14 days following the date of delivery. This coverage stands whether a pouch arrived damaged, proved defective, did not match what you selected, or you simply chose to reconsider.
2. Return conditions
- Damaged or imperfect goods: we send a fresh batch or return your complete payment, original postage included; please enclose photos with your note.
- Mismatched blends delivered: we send the right botanical preparation straight away and retrieve the incorrect item at our own cost.
- If you decide against keeping a batch: the pouch or jar must remain unopened, in its original carton with every protective seal intact; return postage is covered by you, and original transit costs are non-refundable.
- Jars and pouches opened after arrival cannot be put back on our shelves for health and safety reasons, so they cannot be returned unless found defective.
3. Sending an item back to our workshop
- Within 14 days of your package arriving, contact us at [email protected] or call +63 545 894 604 with your order reference, your reason, and clear photos if a container was harmed in transit.
- We write back within one business day to provide your return authorization number and our workshop address.
- Pack the goods back into their original parcel, slip a note with your return authorization number inside, and tape the box securely.
- Dispatch the box to our provided address and message us your parcel tracking code. Hold onto your postal receipt until your reimbursement is completed.
4. Refunds and processing time
We carefully examine the returned parcel within 3 business days of delivery and notify you by email. Your refund is issued to your original method: cash-on-delivery purchases are sent via bank transfer to your nominated account, while bank-transfer payments return directly to the originating account. Most banks post these funds within 1-5 business days.
5. Exchanges and cancellations
To switch to another formulation or blend, follow the return process and submit a separate order; we process your reimbursement once the original package reaches us. You may cancel your order at no charge before it leaves our packing table by writing to [email protected] with your order reference.
