1. General information

Kinaadman Botanicals is the workshop name of Kinaadman Botanicals Inc., Suite 105, Neo Central Arcade, 84 Don Apolinar Velez Street, Cagayan de Oro City, 9000, Philippines. The merchant details, physical contacts, and company filing numbers are listed on the Legal Notice page and on your dispatch slip. Parcels sent back are accepted solely at the return address we send after you reach out; do not dispatch packages to any other location.

2. Website use

You must be 18 years or older to order from our bench. Our site and plant batches are intended for individual, non-trade use unless agreed in writing beforehand. We retain the right to decline, scale down, or void an order if information cannot be checked, ingredients run short, or bad faith is suspected, reimbursing any funds transferred.

3. Pricing, local taxes, and import charges

Our prices are stated in PHP. Courier fees appear clearly at the bench checkout before final confirmation. If a clear price error occurs on our side, we may amend it prior to boxing and invite you to confirm at the proper rate or step back at no charge.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Orders going out to Philippines include VAT where required by law. For parcels travelling outside Philippines, border taxes, customs duties, and handling fees are determined by the arrival territory and settled by the buyer. If border entry is declined, we treat the shipment as a return, subtracting the postal costs paid from your refund.

4. Purchasing methods, placing an order, and confirmation

We take payment via Bank transfer. No card numbers or banking credentials are ever recorded or stored on our pages.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Your purchase begins when you finalize the checkout. We will email an acknowledgement listing your batch number; the sales agreement is established once we parcel the botanical supplements and send out your shipping notice. Until that moment, we may cancel the transaction and return your payment.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Any order where payment does not clear remains unfulfilled in our storeroom. For cash on delivery orders, a box left uncollected or rejected at your door returns to our workshop and the order is canceled.

5. Personal data care and privacy handling

We handle only the details required to weigh and pack your parcel, reply to messages, and safeguard our shop, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and tracking tools is detailed in the Cookie Policy. Both texts form an integral piece of these terms.

6. Using our botanicals, storage safety, and personal care

Take each herbal powder or capsule as guided on the item page, container label, and included card. Keep containers out of reach of young children unless formulated for them. Our photos show the actual lots we blend; screen tones vary with monitor profiles, so slight natural variations in colour are expected and not flaws.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Keep every container sealed under the conditions indicated on the label, away from moisture and direct light. When an expiry or best-before date is stamped, do not consume the contents past that date. Please recycle our jars and pouches following your local neighborhood guidelines.

7. No medical advice

Nothing across our pages serves as medical or dietary prescription. Our descriptions detail the herbs, roots, and daily uses without guaranteeing specific physiological outcomes. Speak with a medical practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing care, or balancing health circumstances that herbal supplements may touch.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Any special pricing noted on the shelf applies solely to transactions submitted while posted, and cannot be stacked with other concessions unless stated. Codes must be typed at checkout prior to final payment and cannot be appended later. Promotional gifts included in an order must be returned intact alongside the main items.

9. Shipping and delivery

Shipping paths, expected durations, and transport charges are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Transit periods are estimates calculated in working days from the moment parcels leave our counter, not strict promises. Orders with multiple botanical preparations might arrive in separate boxes.

10. Receipt of parcel and transfer of custody

We carry full responsibility for your shipment until the postal driver places it in your hands or with your designated receiver; liability for loss or wear then shifts to you. If a parcel arrives visibly battered, email [email protected] within 48 hours with clear photographs. Verify your street details carefully: boxes returned due to incorrect addresses or non-collection are refunded minus our out-of-pocket carriage costs.

11. Returns, reimbursements, and guarantee of craft

You can send back any sealed item within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our Returns & Refunds guidelines. Reach out for a return authorization first and ship the parcel exclusively to the destination we confirm. We repay the purchase amount of the product; initial freight is refunded only if we sent the wrong lot or an imperfect batch. Your statutory cancellation rights remain fully intact.

12. Warranty and product conformity

The preparations must correspond to their stated ingredients and be sound when delivered. In accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), all items are warranted against manufacturing defects, microbial contamination, packaging failure, and discrepancies from stated ingredient labels at the time of delivery. Any supplement compromised by a genuine fault during the statutory protection period in your region will be replaced, remedied, or refunded at our discretion following inspection. Regular use, poor storage, or handling accidents occurring after arrival are excluded.

13. Workshop conduct and acceptable website usage

You must not abuse this site by submitting deceitful orders, disrupting our digital operations, scraping visitor details, or posting unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material. We reserve the authority to close access should these boundaries be crossed.

14. Intellectual property

All written material, workshop photography, marks, layouts, and underlying code belong to Kinaadman Botanicals Inc. or our partners. You are welcome to browse and print pages for personal reference; copying, redistributing, or commercial utilization requires our advance written consent.

16. Customer feedback, notes, and shared accounts

17. Disclaimer of warranties

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited strictly to the actual purchase price paid for the affected merchandise. Our accountability remains unrestricted in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, harm to health or physical well-being, and where mandatory statutes forbid limitation. For all other losses, our responsibility is confined to the standard, foreseeable harm customary in transactions of this kind.

19. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless and cover claims brought by third parties that stem from your breach of these provisions or from material you sent to our platform, within the bounds of applicable law.

20. Settling disagreements and legal jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of the Philippines govern these terms, and any legal proceedings shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Philippines. If an issue cannot be settled through direct conversation, you may file proceedings before the appropriate court where our company is formally registered; everyday consumers preserve their full right to bring or answer claims in their local courts. Compulsory consumer provisions in your home territory remain fully active.

21. Electronic communications

Receipts, batch dispatch notes, invoices, and notices regarding these guidelines are directed to the inbox you provided during checkout. Please monitor that account and inspect your junk filter, as a message sent to that address is formally regarded as received.

22. Assignment

We may assign our rights and responsibilities under this agreement to a successor that assumes our operations, provided your contractual protections remain undiminished. You may not assign your rights to another party without our prior written permission.

23. No waiver

If we omit to enforce a particular condition at any moment, this does not mean we yield our right to apply it later.

24. Severability

Should any clause in these terms be judged unenforceable, our remaining terms remain intact, and the void passage is substituted with a lawful term that best reflects its original intent.

25. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend an account or decline future purchases from anyone who violates these provisions. Parcels already prepared and handed to the postal carrier remain unaffected.

26. Entire agreement

These terms, alongside our linked store guidelines and your order receipt, form the full mutual agreement between us. If translated copies exist, the text corresponding to the language of the storefront you purchased through holds authority.
