30-day refund guarantee

The return period lasts 30 days from the date of arrival. It covers flawed items, transit damage, order errors, and standard returns.

Return conditions

Flawed or broken goods: we send a fresh item or return your funds in full, including original postage. Include photos with your note.
Mismatched items: we deliver your correct botanical formula and arrange the pickup of the incorrect item at our expense.
Change of mind: items must remain unused, with original packaging, unbroken seals, and intact labels. You cover return postage. Initial delivery fees are non-refundable.
Supplements with broken seals cannot be returned due to hygiene rules, unless the product arrives defective.

Due to sanitary, bio-safety, and public hygiene regulations governing ingestible nutrition and topical personal care items in the Philippines, sports nutrition powders, herbal capsules, and muscle gels cannot be accepted for return or refund once the factory security seal or cap wrapping is broken.

Return process

Contact [email protected] or call +63 731 018 599 within 30 days of arrival. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if goods arrive damaged.
We send return instructions and an authorization code within one business day.
Place the bottle in its original carton. Insert a note with your return code and secure the box.
Post the package to our address and send us the tracking code. Keep your postal receipt until the refund settles.

Refunds and processing time

We check the package within 3 business days of receipt and email you. Refunds return to your payment source. Cash-on-delivery purchases are sent by bank transfer to your nominated account, and bank-transfer orders return to the originating account. Banks process funds in 1-5 business days.

Exchanges and cancellations

For a different formula, return your item and place a separate order. We credit the returned item upon arrival. You may cancel without fee before dispatch by emailing your order number to [email protected].
