Kinaadmanbotanicals operates as a trade name for Kinaadman Botanicals Inc., located at Door 4, VCY Center, 88 Gonzaga Street, Bacolod, 6100, Philippines. Full seller records, contact lines, and registration numbers appear on our Legal Notice page and in your confirmation email. We accept parcels only at the specific return address provided after your enquiry. Do not ship items to any other location.

You must be 18 years or older to order botanical products here. All items are for personal, non-commercial use unless agreed in writing. We may restrict, reject, or cancel purchases if details remain unverified, inventory depletes, or fraud is suspected. Any collected payment is returned promptly.

All prices appear in PHP. Freight fees display at checkout prior to payment. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we contact you before parcel dispatch. You may reconfirm at the true figure or cancel without fee.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Shipments inside Philippines include applicable VAT. Shipments outside Philippines may incur customs duties, taxes, or local clearance fees. The receiver pays these costs directly. If customs clearance is refused, we treat the shipment as a return and deduct transit fees from the reimbursement.

You can pay via Bank transfer. Our platform does not collect or store card numbers or online banking logins.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

An order records when you complete checkout. You receive an automated notice with your reference number. The purchase agreement takes effect only upon parcel dispatch and our shipping notice. Prior to dispatch, we retain the right to cancel the order and return funds.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Unpaid or incomplete transactions do not ship. When choosing cash on delivery, any unclaimed or rejected shipment returns to our facility and the order closes.

We collect only the personal information needed to ship orders, handle inquiries, and protect this website. Details rest in our Privacy Policy. Information on browser cookies sits in our Cookie Policy. Both texts form part of these terms.

Follow the directions printed on the label, packaging, and product page. Store all herbal formulas away from children unless specified for their use. Photos reflect actual stock. Minor tonal variations on screens arise from display settings and are not defects.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Keep items stored under the conditions printed on the container. Do not consume any formula past its stated expiration date. Recycle or discard packaging according to local environmental rules.

Information on this site is not medical or nutritional advice. Descriptions outline ingredients and standard use without promising specific physical outcomes. Consult a medical practitioner before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medicine, or managing a chronic health issue.

Active discounts apply only to purchases completed during the promotional period. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Apply promotional codes during checkout. We cannot add them retroactively. Any promotional gift items must accompany returned merchandise.

Shipping methods, fees, and standard timelines appear on our Shipping & Delivery page. Transit times represent working-day estimates from dispatch and do not constitute firm arrival dates. Multi-item orders may travel in separate boxes.

We remain responsible for your items until the courier delivers them to your specified address. Responsibility for damage or loss transfers upon receipt. Report courier damage to [email protected] within 48 hours, including photographs. Verify your address carefully. Parcels returned due to incorrect details or failure to collect receive a refund minus shipping expenses.

You may return unused items within 30 days of arrival according to our Returns & Refunds policy. Please request an authorization code prior to shipping and use only the destination address we supply. Refunds include the product price. Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return stems from our error or a defective item. Your legal withdrawal rights remain unchanged.

Every item must match its description and arrive free of defects. All items are protected by the statutory warranty framework under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) covering manufacturing defects, packaging failures, and formulation non-conformity present at delivery. The warranty excludes issues caused by post-delivery exposure to heat, humidity, sun exposure, or deliberate unsealing. If an item displays a fault within the legal warranty term of your country, we evaluate it and decide whether to repair, replace, or refund it. We do not cover wear from normal use, incorrect handling, or damage sustained after arrival.

You must not use this site for deceptive purchases, technical tampering, customer data harvesting, or the posting of harmful or unlawful content. We reserve the right to restrict access if these standards are violated.

All copy, imagery, layout, and programming belong to Kinaadman Botanicals Inc. or its partners. You may view and print pages solely for personal reference. Any commercial duplication, sharing, or reuse requires written authorization.

Our pages may contain links to external sites beyond our control. We do not oversee their content, availability, or policies. External links do not imply our endorsement.

Reviews come from verified buyers sharing personal experiences with our botanicals. Individual results differ. Submitting feedback, images, or comments grants us permission to post them without royalty, displaying only your first name. We remove entries upon request and reject inappropriate comments or exposed private data.

This website is provided on an as-is basis. We strive for accurate product records, yet uninterrupted operation and error-free browsing are not guaranteed. Statutory guarantees on physical items remain valid regardless of site availability.

The total aggregate liability of Kinaadman Botanicals Inc. for any loss, claim, or transaction failure shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific order or ₱5,000, whichever amount is smaller. We bear full liability for harm resulting from intentional misconduct, gross negligence, bodily injury, or where statutory rules forbid limitation. In other circumstances, liability remains limited to direct, foreseeable losses typical for retail transactions.

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or material you submit, within legal limits.

Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines) and the civil laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to the jurisdiction of the regional trial courts in Metro Manila. Should a dispute remain unresolved through direct contact, you may submit it to the competent court in the seller's registered jurisdiction. Consumers retain the right to use courts in their local place of residence. Mandatory consumer statutes of your home country remain in force.

Purchase notices, shipping updates, receipts, and contractual updates travel to the email address provided at checkout. Please keep this address current and monitor your spam filters. An email dispatched to that inbox is deemed received.

We may assign our rights and contractual obligations to a successor business, provided your statutory protections remain unchanged. You may not assign your rights without our written permission.

A delay or failure to enforce any condition here does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Should any part of these terms become invalid, the remaining parts remain active. A valid provision that reflects the original intent replaces the invalid one.

We reserve the right to cancel an account or decline future orders if these terms are broken. Dispatched parcels remain unaffected.

These terms, linked store policies, and your purchase receipt form our full agreement. The language of the storefront used during checkout governs this agreement.
